Christophe Descarpentries

Owner of P’tit Louis Bistro (www.ptitlouisbistro.com), Christophe Descarpentries has brought the authentic bistro experience to Albuquerque, New Mexico  Both the decor and the menu of this restaurant gem transport diners to La Belle France, and French is often heard spoken by the many fans of this Nob Hill establishment.  In fact, this café du coin has recently become a favorite haunt of the local film-making crowd.   P’tit Louis frequently serves as the location for Your Key to Burgundy events, including our “Insider’s guide to Dining in France” evenings that help prepare travelers for what to expect from their restaurant experiences.   And, we are delighted that Christophe will serve as our subject matter expert for Your Key to Burgundy’s excursion, “A Chef’s Tour of Burgundy” in 2016.

Tammy’s passion for all things French is evident the moment one steps into Je L’Adore, her charming vintage furnishings shop located in Albuquerque. Specializing in French “shabby chic” interior design, Tammy’s desire to share her passion and knowledge with others has resulted in her joining Your Key to Burgundy as subject matter expert on our summer 2015 “Treasure Hunt” excursion to search the antiques and flea markets of Burgundy for one-of-a-kind objects.   Details of the 2016 edition of our treasure-hunting trip will be coming soon!
